Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with us.

At a glance

What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form: your name, email and event details.
Why
To reply, prepare a proposal, and plan your event. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Sergio and Jazmynne, plus the hosting and email services that deliver it to us.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion at any time. No marketing, ever.

1. Who we are

MoodTailors is the trading name of the event entertainment business run by Sergio Rodriguez (professionally DJ Proni) and Jazmynne, based in Registered address — to be confirmed and working across Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol.

The registered business is Registered business name — to be confirmed, tax identifier Tax ID — to be confirmed. For data protection law we are the data controller — the party that decides why and how your information is used.

You can reach us through the enquiry form — for now that is the way we take enquiries and privacy requests, and it reaches us directly.

2. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to tell us. When you use the enquiry form we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone number and company or organisation, if you add them;
  • your event type, date or timeframe, location or venue, and estimated number of guests;
  • the services you are interested in, your estimated budget, and anything you write in your message;
  • a record that you agreed to this policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical details about a visit — such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested — for security and to keep the site running. We do not build profiles from this and we do not look at it unless something is broken or we are being attacked.

We do not ask for, and have no reason to receive, special categories of information such as health, religious or political details, or anything about your private life. Please leave that out of your message.

3. How we use it and our legal basis

Your information is used to talk to you about your event and, if we book together, to deliver it:

  • replying to your enquiry and answering your questions;
  • checking availability and preparing a tailored proposal or quotation;
  • planning, coordinating and delivering the entertainment you have booked;
  • keeping accurate records of our conversations, agreements and invoices.

The legal bases we rely on are: your consent when you tick the box and send the form; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when we prepare a proposal; and, for records of a booked event, our legitimate interest in running the business and meeting accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to mailing lists, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share your information with

Only the parties who genuinely need it, and only to do the job we use them for:

  • our website platform and database host, which stores enquiries;
  • an email delivery service, which sends you a copy of your enquiry and notifies us when one arrives;
  • if a booking goes ahead, the venues, suppliers and performers we work with — but only the details needed for their part of the event;
  • our accountant, tax authority or professional advisers where the law requires it;
  • police or a court, if we are legally obliged to disclose something.

Every service provider that processes information for us is bound by a written data-processing agreement and may not use your information for its own purposes.

5. Where your information is processed

Our providers operate inside the European Union and, where a service is offered from outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We will tell you which safeguards apply if you ask.

6. How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a booking is kept while we are in touch with you, and then deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Once you have booked, your details and the paperwork for the event are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires — in Spain, typically six years for tax records — and deleted afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except for anything we are legally required to keep.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so information travels encrypted. Enquiries are stored in a database that the public website can only write to — it cannot read or list what has been submitted — and access is limited to us and the providers named above. We keep the number of people with access as small as possible and review it when circumstances change.

No method of transmission is completely risk-free. If a breach ever affects your information and is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.

8. Cookies and trackers

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. No information is stored in your browser by us, and there is nothing to consent to or switch off.

The one third-party request the page makes is to Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to load the typefaces used on the site. That request necessarily reveals your IP address to Google. Google’s own privacy statement is at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would prefer the fonts served from our own server so no request reaches Google, tell us and we will change it.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spain’s Ley Orgánica 3/2018 you can ask us to:

Access
get a copy of the information we hold about you.
Rectification
correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
Erasure
delete your information.
Restriction
pause our use of it while a dispute is resolved.
Portability
receive your information in a machine-readable format, or have it sent elsewhere.
Objection
object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent
take back the consent you gave in the form, at any time, without affecting what we lawfully did before.

To exercise any of these, send us a message through the enquiry form. Tell us what you would like and, if we need to be sure of who you are, we may ask for proof of identity. We answer within one month; complex requests may take two months, and we will tell you.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or to the authority in your country of residence. We would much prefer you contact us first so we can put things right.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at adults planning events, and the site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published here. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly before relying on it.

12. Governing law

This policy is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR), Spain’s Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, and the EU rules on electronic communications. It is governed by Spanish law.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your event and we’ll reply personally — no lists, no marketing, no details used for anything other than your enquiry.
